[Drawing Settings] Dialog Box


On [Drawing Settings] dialog box, you can modify the following settings.

View Shape

[Draw Order]
Set the order of displaying shapes.

[Order by Layer]: Displays shapes in the order of layers.
[Order by Data]: Displays shapes in the order of adding them.

[Paper Line Pitch]
[Line Pitch of Part Drawing]
Set the display method for line pitches.

[All Continuous Solid Lines]: Displays all types of lines as solid lines.
[Fixed Line Pitch]: Displays lines at a fixed pitch set for lines without relating to the scale of the screen.
[View in Line Pitch Fitted to Scale]: Displays lines according to the scale of the screen by scaling line pitches.

[Paper Line Width]
[Line Width of Part Drawing]

Set the display method for line widths.

[View Minimum Line Width]: Does not display all line widths.
[View with Fixed Line Width]: Displays lines at a fixed line width set for lines without relating to the scale of the screen.
[View in Line Width Fitted to Scale]: Displays lines by scaling line widths according to the scale of the screen.

[Edge]
Set the form of edges of shapes.

[Flat]: Displays line edges in a flat shape.
[Square]: Displays line edges in a square shape.
[Circle]: Displays line edges in a round shape.
[Triangle]: Displays line edges in a triangular shape. When [Draw Lines Smoothly (Antialiasing)] is turned off on [General] page on [Options] dialog box, line edges will be displayed in a round shape.

[Corner]
Set the display form of line corners.

[Combine Miter]: Displays line corners in a sharp edge. If a tip of sharp angle becomes long, a shape with corners cut-out will be displayed.
[Combine Bevel]: Displays line corners in a shape with line corners cut-off.
[Combine Round]: Displays line corners in a smooth round shape.

[Dot Size]
Set the size of No. 3 type points (dots) on the screen. Displays lines at a fixed size set without relating to the scale of the screen.

Unit Mark

Length

[Notation]
Set a unit mark for shape lengths.

[Accuracy]
Set the number of decimal places used for displaying lengths. Dimension values displayed will be rounded off to the specified decimal place.
When set to [0.00], for example, angular dimension values will be displayed to the second decimal place by rounding the third decimal place.

Angle

[Notation]
Set a unit mark for shape angles.

[Accuracy]
Set the number of decimal places used for displaying angles. Dimension values displayed will be rounded off to the specified decimal place.
When set to [0.00], for example, angular dimension values will be displayed to the second decimal place by rounding the third decimal place.

Drawing

[Area search tolerance]
When specifying a region with the hatching and area measurement commands, set the tolerance for recognizing a shape that is not completely closed as a region. Move the slider left or right. The more you move to the right, the larger the tolerance value becomes, and it becomes easier to recognize the unclosed area.

Import/Export

[Load Drawing Settings from Template]
The drawing settings of the template are loaded to current settings.

[Load Drawing Settings from Other Drawings]
The drawing settings on other drawings currently opened are loaded to the current settings.

[Save Drawing Settings to Template]
Current settings are saved as drawing settings for the template.
