Entering Scale of Length of 2 Lines as Scale Parameter

Input the scale between 2 lines connecting the specified start and end points as a scale parameter.

  1. Select a scale parameter on Command Window.
  2. Click [2-Line Scale] in the toolbar on Command Window.
    Command parameters for [2-Line Scale] will be displayed.
  3. Click the start point of Line 1 on the drawing.
  4. Click the end point of Line 1 on the drawing.

When specifying a line connecting 2 points

  1. Switch the parameter on Command Window to [Start Point of Line 2], and click the start point of Line 2 on the drawing.
  2. Click the end point of Line 2 on the drawing.
    The scale between Lines 1 and 2 will be input as a scale parameter on Command Window.

When specifying the length of Line 2 in numeric

  1. Switch the parameter on Command Window to [Length], and input the length for Line 2.
    The ratio of the lengths of Lines 1 and 2 will be input as a scale parameter on Command Window.

▪ You can specify individual points by inputting X and Y coordinates in the coordinate input box on Command Window.
▪ You can quickly enter [2-Line Scale] by allocating a short-cut key.
