Creating Intersection

Create a point at a position where two shapes intersect.
Shapes that can be used to create an intersection are: lines, polylines, circles, arcs, ellipses, elliptical arcs, B-Splines, infinite lines and rays.

  1. Point [Point] on [Shape] menu, and click [Intersection].
Then you will be able create an intersection.
  2. Supplemental
You can enter into the intersection creating status by clicking on [Shape] toolbar.
  3. Click the first shape.
  4. Click the second shape.
An intersection will be created at the position where two shapes intersect.
  5. Supplemental
For lines, arcs, elliptical arcs and rays, an intersection with other shape is created by extending their line.
If there are multiple positions where shapes intersect, intersections will be created at all positions.
When selecting the same polyline or B-Spline, a self-intersection will be created.
