Creating C Chamfering Lead


A C chambering lead is a line explaining the length of the side before chamfered by attaching a lead on the C chambered area.

To display a command parameter to be executed, click / of command parameters, or press Tab key or / key on the keyboard.

  1. Point [Lead] on [Shape] menu, and click [C Chamfering Lead].
    Then you will be able to create a C chamfering lead.
  2. Supplemental
    You can enter into the C chamfering lead creating status by clicking on [Shape] toolbar.
  3. Click a C chamfered area.
    The length of the side to be chamfered is automatically input in [(String)] box on Command Window.
    To modify strings, input texts in [(String)] box on Command Window.
  4. Specify whether to display 0 for the digits below a decimal point for texts input in [(String)] box in [Show 0 below a decimal point] on Command Window.
    * You can specify it when [Shape] or [Point] box is displayed on Command Window using the input method specified in Step 2.
    * This setting will affect texts automatically input in [(String)] box when clicking a shape or point on the drawing.
    On
    Displays 0 for the digits below a decimal point.
    Off
    Does not display 0 for the digits below a decimal point.
  5. Specify whether to locate strings according to the lead settings, or at a free position in [Text Place] box on Command Window.
  6. Specify the number of point arrays for C chamfering leads in [Point Array] box on Command Window.
    Point Array (2 Points)
    Specify 2 positions for point arrays for C chamfering leads.
    Point Array (3 Points)
    Specify 3 positions for point arrays for C chamfering leads.
    Point Array
    You can specify point arrays until you click on the toolbar on Command Window, or press Enter key on the keyboard.

When locating texts according to the lead settings

  1. Click point arrays for C chamfering leads according to the number of point arrays specified in Step 5.
    A C chamfering lead will be created.
  2. Supplemental
    To delete the last input point array, click on Command Window.

When locating texts at free positions

  1. Click point arrays for C chamfering leads according to the number of point arrays specified in Step 5.
    Clicked point will be specified as point arrays for a C chamfering lead..
  2. Supplemental
    To delete the last input point array, click on Command Window.
  3. Click a position where texts are to be located on the drawing.
    Texts will be located at the clicked position, and a C chamfering lead will be created.
Supplemental
You can specify the point array and text locate point by inputting X and Y coordinates in [Point Array] and [Text Locate Point] boxes on Command Window.
